Reserve Study
In late 2017, the Autumn Lake board engaged Reserve Advisors to perform a full reserve study for the Association. A reserve study is a long-term capital budget planning tool which identifies the current status of the reserve fund and a stable and equitable funding plan to offset ongoing deterioration. The goal of a reserve study is to ensure sufficient funds when those anticipated major common area expenditures actually occur. You may read the study here.
